This is a 4 star hotel property, a world-renown hotel brand located in an exclusive part of San Diego, which offers visitors incomparable beaches,  hopping, dining, galleries and attractions. The hotel has several restaurant outlets. The restaurant where the training will be taking place is voted to be one of the best restaurants in town, with an offering of the South East Asian cuisine and sushi. The Trainee will receive hands on training in food preparation, menu development and learn to provide excellent customer service and fine dining experience to an upscale clientele. Applicant

Qualifications:
• To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be restaurant or culinary management undergraduate/graduate students OR a be recent graduates who begin program within 12 months of the graduation date

• To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must hold restaurant or culinary management degrees and have least 1 year of professional work experience related to the degree, OR be career professionals of 5 or more years of professional experience in this field

• Advanced English is required

• Previous restaurant work experience and knowledge of Asian cuisine is required

• Prefer applicants with sushi preparation knowledge

• Applicant must be a team player, have a positive attitude, flexible and must have the ability to communicate with clients and co-workers
