Job Description:

4 POSITIONS WILL BE FOR FRONT OF THE HOUSE WHICH WILL INCLUDE TRAINING IN THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES, SERVER, BARTENDER, FOOD RUNNERS, BUSBOYS, HOSTESS, INVENTORY TAKING AND ORDERING AND MANAGEMENT. 3 POSITIONS WILL BE FOR CHEFS WHO WILL BE TRAINED IN THE KITCHEN BY THE EXECUTIVE CHEF. THEY WILL ROTATE ON DIFFERENT KITCHEN POSITIONS, SUCH AS PREPARATIONS, BAKERY/DESSERT, SOUSE CHEF, SALAD, CHEF THE PARTIE AND ORDERING/INVENTORY.
