As a Front Office Manager here, interns should be prepared to work a flexible schedule including duties like networking, availability management, guest services and check-in services for large groups as well as individuals.


Job Description:

  • Maintain a positive first impression for all guests and visitors
  • Provide guest services as requested
  • Remain visible and accessible in front lobby
  • Expect and be willing to work flexible hours
  • Control and monitor availability of guest rooms throughout the facility
  • Complete day-to-day functions, including guest arrival and departure, providing information as requested, handling baggage and assisting large groups
