As a team member of the resort and company, interns will be expected to handle reservations, communicate with guests and transportation amenities, finalize and complete payment of guest bills, exchange currency, follow security protocols and perform other general duties as requested. If you enjoy working with people, even those who may have a limited grasp of the English language, and exhibit friendliness, good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, there may be a spot for you at this family of resorts!


Job Description:

  • Receive and manage all incoming reservations
  • Manage guest check-in and overall accommodation plans
  • Liaise with transportation services on behalf of guests
  • Inform and educate each guest of policies, procedures, amenities, services and provisions
  • Maintain working knowledge of surrounding tourist attractions and necessary information
  • Liaise and coordinate with tourist providers and services on behalf of guests
  • Answer and process all guest questions, issues or requests
  • Provide answering service with prompt message delivery for all hotel guests
  • Complete check-out and payment services
  • Handle money and provide currency exchange services
  • Ensure safekeeping of any entrusted valuables via hotel safe
  • Coordinate cleaning services and room deliveries
  • Follow protocol at all times to ensure security and satisfaction of all hotel occupants, including fellow employees
  • Perform various duties including switchboard operation and management of outgoing correspondence
